we are a very tiny shop and all inventory and pricing is entered into the website by one of us, manually. if something sells in the store, we are notified by the sales staff and do our best to update the website as soon as possible. however, time delays can and do occur. therefore, red reserves the right to cancel any order due to errors on the website regarding pricing or inventory.

us + canadian shipping policies
shipping within the US
all in stock items ship within 1-4 business days, during our normal shipping hours, monday – friday, 10:00am – 5:30pm cst. for items without a posted shipping price at check-out or for custom sofas, beds, chairs or ottomans (i.e., usually larger items that may need delivery or, at times, items we´d like to scout for better shipping rates on for you) we will contact you within 24-48 hours of your purchase with our best shipping price!
shipping to canada
we greatly welcome your business – please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call the store for details on how to place your order. all orders ship from the US to canada, pricing is listed in US dollars. please note all orders shipping to canada will have a 5% processing fee added to the subtotal cost of the item (not included in the price listed). shipping costs will be calculated separately. orders shipping to canada are not included in our free shipping promotion. orders are subject to import duties + taxes, which are levied once the packages reaches canada. these import duties + taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
our return policy
sale purchases – all items on sale are final sales.
custom special order items
custom orders on pieces whose fabric, finish or other details have been specified just for you are non-refundable, final sale items. our damage return policy will still apply if the item arrives damaged: you must notify red within 5-7 days of receipt to claim a refund.
for all regular purchases
if you are not completely satisfied with your red purchase, simply return it within 30 days of receiving the item for a full refund or exchange. refunds will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. all items must be returned in sellable condition with the original tags attached. the original shipping charges are not refundable. please include a copy of the original invoice with your return. the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
refunds for items returned more than 30 days + less than 6 months after the purchase date are subject to a 20% restocking fee, with the remaining balance issued in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. red can no longer accept returns after 6 months.
items damaged during shipping
we make every effort to get your purchases to you in perfect condition, but if you have received an item damaged during shipping, you must follow all of the following procedures in order for red to process your refund:
1) damages must be reported to red within 5-7 business days by calling us at 830-990-0700 or by emailing us at email@example.com.
2) please send two photos of the damage to red at firstname.lastname@example.org, including: 1) a photo of the box in the condition you received it, and 2) a photo of the item, clearly showing damage.
3) upon receipt of your damage report call or email and the required photos, we will process your claim and send out a replacement item (subject to stock and availability) as soon as possible.
failure to report damage within 5-7 business days makes it impossible for us to pursue a damage claim with our shippers. past this 5-7 business day claim period, we regretfully will not be able to process your return. we want to get the right thing to you in great shape, so help us help you by contacting us immediately to make a damage claim!
online exclusive items
red’s online exclusive items are available by special order only + are not currently available at our brick + mortar location. if an expected delivery time is not listed with the item, please contact us for availability.
one of a kind, custom or handmade items
we make every effort to have merchandise in stock + ready to ship when ordered. many of our items are one of a kind, hand or custom made + quantities are limited. please understand that because of the limited availability of some of our merchandise, when an item is gone we may not be able to replenish it. we make every effort to remove products in a timely manner when they are no longer available.
free shipping promotion
our free shipping promotion is valid within the US only + applies to select items only.
sale items are not included in this promotion + will be charged a shipping fee either at check-out or we will contact you with the best shipping rate available after your purchase.
